I had a great experience with the gentlemen who installed my solar panels and Tesla battery. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently throughout the installation process. They were also very polite and took the time to answer my questions and help me get everything set up on the app before they left. This company is a scam! They installed my panels back in November, here we are at the end of May and my panels still don't work. They installed a Tesla battery with a broken with and had the nerve to say it looks like a dog chewed it. I don't even have a dog. These people are complete liars. Told me they was going to refund me for the payments I made and I still haven't received nothing. RUN if these people are installing your panels. Service and sales were excellent. The installation technicians that came were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and got right to work. They made sure that the battery system was fully functional and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up and removed all the packing material. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.
