The young lady was well versed in the product also warm and attentive to customers concerns.
All workers were excellent, the roofers did an excellent job putting up the shingles, I just wish they did not cut my cable, I haven't had cable since. The solar instal people worked hard and long hours. They made sure all the right people were called so there were no problems. All in all everyone did an excellent job. And don't worry about the cable, things happen mistakes get made I did not get mad, the only thing it happened during March madness. Funny thing is about 5 months prior, I cut the same cable. I talked to Glenda today about what I needed to do about an electrical provider and she explained my options on what I needed to do and told me that when we received the PTO that she would contact me back and explain everything in detail about what I need to do. She is very helpful !
Job well done no complaints. The work done was professionally done the leader before he left my property explained the procedure and gave me his name and phone number.
The people who came to inspect my panels we knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
