The speed and convenience of parking here is unbeatable and it comes with covered parking. This is the only place we choose to park when flying out of ATL. I’ve recommended FastPark to several friends and everyone loves it.
Very rude employee!!!!! Will not park here again. My daughter was asleep and we had a little time before we needed to go to the airport. I parked and was trying to let her sleep for a little longer when the gate attendant came over to my car and started yelling at me. Telling that because of security purposes we can’t just sit in our car. So I left and absolutely will not return.
Horrible experience. Airport location pick up spot was hard to find. Walked around for about 2 hours to find the bus location. Remind you I had my luggage with me. No one in the Airport could give me directions correctly. Keep sending me to the incorrect location. Needs to be clear directions to pick location. I will never use this company again...
Have been using Fast park and relax for the last 2 years now. Incredible company, friendly drivers, and easy booking process. Will never deviate from them. ****update - this place has severely gone downhill in the last year. Prices have increased multiple times while service has been the inverse. Long wait times (15+ minutes) when you get to the lot and then 30+ minute wait times when you return home. I’ll be finding another provider now
