I have never written a customer review before. However, because Fasto Real Estate Solutions, and specifically their representative, Elisha, provided us with the BEST service I have ever received in my life, I feel obligated to share my experience. I highly recommend Connor and his team for their outstanding service. It was a pleasure working with them, and it’s great to support a local family-run company. Fasto’s team worked seamlessly with my insurance and took care of everything, keeping me informed throughout the process. My claim was initially denied by State Farm and I was worried that was the end and that I'd have to pay $22,000 out of pocket for my roof to be restored. Luckily I found Fasto and they ended up reopening my existing claim and getting my whole roof payed for! I was so frustrated dealing with State Farm I will be switching insurances after all this is sorted out. Thank you Fasto! <3

We are so pleased and impressed with our new roof installed by Fasto. Throughout our experience, Alan and Elisha were upfront, honest, fair and humble. We hoped to use a locally owned company to do the work and we feel fortunate to have bumped into Fasto. I highly recommend using them.
