If you have the app if is very smooth and simple. 6 bays to use, really easy and safe to get into. Not the cheapest but worked perfectly and totally stress free which can't be said for a lot of charging stations
If you go of an evening, it'll be full of DPD vans taking up every charging point, so avoid those times. Other than that, seems to be ok. Check availability before heading over.
