If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The broker is obnoxious and self-righteous. They are making up things just to avoid paying, they have no shame and moral compass. The length to which the broker went to prove their "superiority" in every aspect is just... WOW. I was dumbfounded by the lack of common sense from them over something we as carriers can't influence at all. Deal with this garbage company and waste your time at your own expense. Incompetent, 0 commitment, opportunistic at any cost and any time yet a ton of demands and requirements. You get the big finger from me ass clowns.

Today I had a load with this broker, GURNEE IL-COLUMBUS IN, arrived at the load there was closed, the broker kept me for 3 hours , after which he offered to deliver the load directly to NC 780 miles, cancellation fee $65 (3 hours + 33 miles) do not take loads with this broker!
