Beware of Fastmore Logistics. We accepted a load with Martin Stoilov, and he sent a rate confirmation that required us to print the Bill of Lading before arriving at the shipper (an airport). What he didn’t mention was that the BOL was 65 pages. Our driver had to stop at a truck stop and was charged $65 to print it. We tried contacting Martin several times, but he never answered. The next morning, while our driver was already at the shipper, Martin canceled the load and sent another driver—clearly someone cheaper. He refused... read more
Just pass
Do not book with this broker, especially Martin Stoilov, unless you want the load canceled on you when you're 15 minutes away from the PU with no TONU or anything. Called him about 25 times to get him on the phone to book this load just to get and email 2 and half hours later that "customer canceled".
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The broker is obnoxious and self-righteous. They are making up things just to avoid paying, they have no shame and moral compass. The length to which the broker went to prove their "superiority" in every aspect is just... WOW. I was dumbfounded by the lack of common sense from them over something we as carriers can't influence at all. Deal with this garbage company and waste your time at your own expense. Incompetent, 0 commitment, opportunistic at any cost and any time yet a ton of demands and requirements. You get the big finger from me ass clowns.
