Alicia Fastman is a liar and gave false hope to my son’s father for a relocation pushing him to the brink of homelessness and still losing the trial. I would NOT recommend her as an attorney. She is very unserious and spent the time prior to trial laughing and having fun in court instead of prepping my son’s father for cross examination. Alicia handled my child’s adoption 14 months ago. What I know now is that there is a form called the H105 form which is submitted (after adoption) from the county to inform the state of the information that should go on the child’s new birth certificate. This form was filled out for my child with the incorrect name. I cannot express the logistical nightmare trying to discover what the issue was and then correct it has been.
