Very Poor/No Customer Service I had a tri-axle trailer made and delivered to Texas. I was coming from Utah to pick it up. They new my schedule and assured me they would have it ready. They showed up a day late and had the last of 4 trailers they were delivering still stacked on mine and expected me to get it off. Finally, after 4 hours of arguing, the police had to be called and they organized a company to come get it off at Fastloads expense. Bunk carpet was ripped from the other trailer on it. Long story short and I do mean long story. If you expect great customer service from a company that you spend over 2000 dollars you won't get it from them. It took a week to build the first trailer wrong and then after they were already paid they took their time never return my phone calls,promise only lies and took 3 more weeks to build it correctly after given the correct specs the first time. Not even happy with the completed trailer by the way carpet on the bunks very sloppy install. Don't recommend them to anyone!
