Wife and I went to Springfield and bought a gmc 5500 2 ton truck. Not even 20 minutes out from the car lot. The truck started not running right, missing, cutting out and popping. We was 2 hours away from home. Pulled off in Lebanon mo. Got ahold of fastlane road services. They came out with in 15 minutes. Decided to take it to their shop and got us up in going with in a couple days. So impressed with this company. They all went above and beyond to take care of us. One of the most Decent,Honest and Professional human beings GOD has ever created! He's a young man with old school values. Brandon tried to fixed my truck on a Sunday on one of the coldest days in the history of Missouri. I am so deeply appreciative.

My wife and I got ourselves into a after normal business hours and we called Fastlane. The owners wife and the owner plus a service technician responded. The owner found a replacement tire,brought it to us, and assisted in getting us back on the road quickly. It is our opinion that the three Fastlane folks went above and beyond to solve our problem. We are so grateful for this roadside repair company. We had a flat tire and couldn’t get the tire back on ourselves, and they came out on very short notice—within about 15 minutes. It was cold, stressful, and we were stuck, but they got the tire back on quickly and had us safely back on the road in no time. Professional, efficient, and a huge relief when we really needed help. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a bind.
