Had work done here with a "warranty". Had issues almost immediately and were told by another mechanic that not everything was returned after Fast Lane had worked on it. I then spent months trying to get my vehicle taken care of, with ceaseless promises by the owner to take care of it. Never happened. Really wanted to support a small local business, but we were not taken care of and the business practice seems dishonest.
Has had my sons vehicle for 1 1/2 years. Can't get a hold of him. Keeps making promises but doesn't follow up. Horrible business.
Super nice owner. I was here picking up my baby daddy, but regardless.
Very kind and helpful service. Fixed my car up right off the highway in less than 5 minutes. Was so thankful for this service.
