First time having a motor built ever about 5 years ago, granted we kept going back and forth about doing it ourselves and having them do it, but we decided to have them do it, had our 302 dynod, and it kept blowing coolant hoses with stock pulleys, which made no sense. Come to find out it had a blown headgasket after we were rebuilding it again, and the rings were for a 40 over motor when ours was a 30 over and left scarring on 4 of the cylender walls, but no warrenty from them because its a "race motor" when its a mild cam ... read more
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this shop. The customer service was rude, communication was lacking, and the overall way my concerns were handled was unacceptable. I expected professionalism and respect, but that was not my experience.
