If you want your shipment to go missing, use Fast Frate. Literally the worst shipping company to exist. You guys are worse than Loomis, which is hard to beat. They’ve lost a bunch of our shipments because one of our suppliers still uses them for some reason. ZERO STARS.
Terrible experience shipping with Fastfrate as a small business. We shipped two bathroom vanities from Mississauga to Montreal (picked up July 7, 2026). Here's what happened: Quoted $234.59, charged $424.82 — almost double. Their reason? They claimed the quote assumed a commercial delivery. But we disclosed everything accurately from the start: commercial pickup, residential delivery. The quoting error was 100% on their side, yet we were forced to pay the difference.
