Ordered a skid from my vendor. They used Fastfrate because the rate appeared to be the best. Received the package a week late after the “expected” date. The package was ordered for residential delivery and subsequently received a bill for $75 for lift gate service…… rip off.
Dispatcher named Mike is excellent! He goes above and beyond to help his drivers. Industry leading for sure.
