This has to be one of the mostly poorly run freight companies. Late shipments, lost shipments, no invoicing, then you get a notice for an overdue payment on a shipment you were never invoiced on. Then when you request the invoice for said statement, they send you an email chain with an invoice to a company COMPLETELY unrelated to ours. Their quoting system also uses an excel sheet like it’s 1999. This company is a joke.

I’ve waited to write this review in hopes that FastFrate would make things right, but unfortunately, that never happened. We had a $20,000 shipment go missing over the holidays—one they repeatedly assured us was en route. We followed their instructions and arranged for multiple attempted pickups, only to be told later by their dispatch team that they “had no idea where it is.” That was the end of it—our product was never recovered.
