I’ve waited to write this review in hopes that FastFrate would make things right, but unfortunately, that never happened. We had a $20,000 shipment go missing over the holidays—one they repeatedly assured us was en route. We followed their instructions and arranged for multiple attempted pickups, only to be told later by their dispatch team that they “had no idea where it is.” That was the end of it—our product was never recovered. Ordered a skid from my vendor. They used Fastfrate because the rate appeared to be the best. Received the package a week late after the “expected” date. The package was ordered for residential delivery and subsequently received a bill for $75 for lift gate service…… rip off.
