purchased Christmas gifts for my kids with airmiles, including a Nintendo Switch 2. It was sent via precision parcel (a fastfrate company). They were marked delivered, no proof available at all. They were not delivered. When I called, one lady told me she thinks one of the drivers must have "lost" the gift - more likely stolen.
