Thank you for totally ruining my $350 dollar picture, oh but wait you did give me a refund. I dropped my picture and the bottom of the frame came lose, maybe about 1/4 inch, but it has been hanging like that over over 1.5 yrs. I thought I could just put some glue on it but didn't have anything to hold the bottom up tight til it dried. So took it in for repair. The lady said if it's plastic probably can't fit it. So many good reviews, but a real disappointment in reality. Walked in with a painting on June 27th needing a frame. Two other customers being served, which was not an issue at all. However, the two ladies working there never once acknowledged our presence, said anything to recognize us, and we waited about 15 minutes before leaving. Seems like they need some adult supervision in the future to retain customers.
Our son is retiring from the U.S. Air Force after twenty years of service. We asked Barbara at Fast Frames, Charlotte to help us create a beautiful shadowbox that will display an engraved plate detailing his date of service and rank, another engraved plate with his duty assignments over his twenty years of service, an actual rank insignia, and his BS degree. Barbara and Matt have been framing pictures and artwork for me for many years. They are the very best I would recommend them to everyone
This was a cross stitch project years in the making. I took it to FastFrame ready to be mounted and framed. They have done many pieces for me in the past, but I was unaware until I asked, that they did needlework finishing!
