Paul and Nick are excellent! They arrived, found the leak very quickly, and sorted the problem efficiently, quickly and extremely professionally. They had to dig up a concrete drive to access the pipes but did so proficiently and with humour, a great team! Thank you both so much for your professionalism and expertise.

Brandon came to fix our shower leak on the 14th February and despite the fact he was due to finish and was held up by complicated jobs beforehand and traffic issues, he was more than happy to help us with our issue and stay long after his shift was due to finish. He was friendly and polite and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. Took 2 trips to finish the drain cleaning. First trip resulted in the drain still being clogged, but they still made me pay in full. Called them up and they said the next service would be free if it was complete in half an hour. The man took 10 mins to get out the van, and then their ‘reception cut out’ meaning they took longer than the half hour. Was made to pay the full price again! The management was also useless as well as I tried to follow up, but no calls back. What a scam!
