Avoid this garage. I booked my car in for an MOT and when I collected it, I found the glass in my wing mirror had been cracked. Nobody mentioned this to me – I only noticed when I was about to drive away. When I raised it, the manager tried to brush it off as something that can “just happen” during an MOT, which I’ve never experienced elsewhere. He seemed to think I was overreacting. Great service from the garage. Car had a brake fluid leak, traced to a damaged hose, managed to source and fit all within a couple of hours. Will be back.
I have taken my cars and the wife’s cars here for more than 20 years and this time they went above and beyond with the service. My Ecu failed on the gearbox and they don’t normally deal with that but Rab and the team got the car back on the road.Service is excellent communication from Becky keeping you updated with the progress of the repairs second to none! Recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for getting it back on the road.
After me asking multiple times for a price to sort my motorhome they gave me a quote of 430 pounds to fix which was fine. They then attempted to charge 530 pounds when i went in to collect my vehicle. They also stated that my side marker lamps on my motorhome weren't working and put it on as an advisory. I went to fix these so called marker lamps that they said weren't working and they are nothing more than reflectors. So they have advised me for something i dont have.
