Same issues as the other reviews on here. I was told my urine was too warm and given water for a second retest. How in the hell is my urine too warm????? I guess the nurse was insinuating that I was trying to cheat the test. Sorry but I'm not stupid. The temperature was absolutely were it needed to be. When I asked to visibly see it..... I was then told " oh it's went down now"????Shame on the staff for being so unprofessional.
Asia and Kaleb were so nice and explained everything to me. Very fun people I would come hang out even if I didn’t need a test. Very down to earth fun people.
Very unprofessional clinic. Profiled me as a person and did not seem like they like anything about there job but adding assumed stress to my life, before testing want to jump to conclusions. Told my work it wasn’t at temp so it was fake I’ll let y’all be the judge. Had daughter and mother in law in car and they said I smelled like marijuana. This was an unfortunate experience. I have never been at a place that mandatory double tests. There were others in the waiting room drinking water for their second drug test due to some “temperature error.” Sure enough once I peed and came out I was told my pee was too warm and that I need to retest. To my demise as I was going to retake my test I spoke with the gentleman who said “ yeah they told me my pee was too warm and I’m waiting to retest!” At that point I knew something was off.
