My experience at QuickTest Labs was at its best, all my questions were answered in a specific and professional manner as well as the process during the testing. After receiving my documents after the test, a couple days later I misplaced/lost all my documents. Immediately after that I contacted quick test labs and spoke with Yeni and told her my situation without hesitation she said no problem come back in and will give you whatever documents are needed. This was not my first choice to get a hair follicle test but I wish it was. Dan explained the process and procedures to collecting a good accurate test specimen. The other place I went explained nothing and didn't follow the same procedures. If I ever have to get any kind of testing done again, it will definitely be at the Fastest Labs Midtown location.
