Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service. I called to setup an appointment within 7 days and they had an opening for me within 2 days of calling, but then on the day of the appointment suddenly they had to move it three days later. On the day of the appointment I received zero communication/confirmation as to what time they would be arriving within the time frame, and when I called to get an update they sounded like robots (probably a 3rd party taking their customer calls) and said "I'll get back you" but then NEVER ... read more

My carpets have never looked this clean! My whole house in Carlsbad is carpeted, and with two young kids plus pets, our floors really needed help.
