They have done most of the jobs in my house, from flooring, walls repairs, and my three bathrooms. I fully recommend them.
Micheal has no customer service and doesn't know how to communicate. Like somebody else comment in a previous post. He is all about money, money, and money. He wants almost all the money before the work is even done. His calculations for payment are incorrect. If the payment is 10,000, he wants 30% , which is $3000. The balance is now $7000, but instead of you paying the 40% of the balance, which is $2800, he was 40% of the $10000, which is $4000. Now, you have paid $7000, and no work has been done. I'd give a zero if I could... I literally got off the phone with Michael, and after telling him I needed a whole kitchen remodel he went to ask me how many quotes I was getting. So, I replied 5. His next words were: 5? Forget about it then, bye... and he hung up on me. That's as terrible customer service as I've ever experienced in my life. I would never work with these people.
