I joined Faster over a year ago after noticing my strength wasn’t what it used to be. I love the outdoors and dream of thru hiking the Appalachian Trail in my lifetime. I started lifting with Anthony at Faster in 2022 while preparing for a half ironman. I've joined a lot of gyms, tried a lot of different work out classes and training. Faster is by far the best gym I've ever joined. I've been a member for four months now and have had significant results with only 2 to 3 workouts a week. The personal training in a group setting is awesome. The workouts are really personalized to your abilities. You also have personal time with the trainers to talk about your needs and goals. The culture is great too! I found an ad on social media for Faster and went in for a trial session. That was all I needed to see and immediately joined. Best trainers in the area that really know how to push you to be the best you can, 2 amazing locations that offer so much for whatever your fitness goals are, and some of the most amazing people that I've ever met that support and encourage you in every training.
