We ordered a batch of screws. They did not have in stock so they had to order them in. My production team catches a mistake and we ordered the wrong screw. Caught it before they shipped it. I called to tell them of our mistake and they claim to me it was supposed to be dropped shipped to me but they shipped it to them and amazingly it arrived that same day.
