Decent product, I'd be a return customer, but the non-stop spam emails, daily, and not respecting multiple unsubscribe requests, make me a former customer...not a chance I'll ever place another order with Fastenere.
Great service and selection. Parts delivered quickly
Bought multiple packs of 10-32 screws. Half of them were 10-24. Called to get the situation rectified and left on read. No response, no replacements or refund. Just silence.
Terrible service....waited forever for order and shipper stated never received package...contacted Rob and he said he would send out another package...never happened...asked several times for tracking information and never received...emails ignored...requested cancellation of order and ordered someplace else...started a claim with PayPal...PayPal contacted Rob and he sent out another order even though I requested it cancelled...PayPal closed case in his favor when tracking showed I received the order...order was wrong and Ro... read more
