Ordered multiple times and recieved great product, very quickly. Love having the account making a reorder so easy.
Customer Service is top notch! I made a mistake in a recent order, and they helped me find the correct fastener for my job, shipped it out right away, and made it very easy for me to process the return. I will always use them.
Don’t waste your time ordering from this company I have ordered from them 3 times on eBay and every time they immediately say tracking available but it never is. I finally was able to get Nicole on the phone and found out every time they don’t have stock and they order the product but they lead to believe they have already shipped as a small business owner I need products when I order them so for them to act like they shipped and just use your money while their ordering from another company is terrible business practices, if... read more
After reading through reviews here and on the BBB site it’s clear that what we experienced is not a one time occurrence. The order that we purchased never arrived and was instead sent back to sender (their warehouse). Our tracking information confirmed this, however, they refuse to provide a full refund. Instead, they claim that only a portion of the order was returned and therefore they cannot refund us even though we never received anything. The customer service is absolutely awful and I would never recommend this company ... read more
