Excellent customer support. Got what I needed in minute's.
My experience there was great at first but fell apart months later. The manager in charge of the custodian team lacked leadership and direction for the group. Instead of giving warning, written warnings, or suspension he goes straight to firing without being fair, that position was destined to fail givin that he lacked experience and enthusiasm for custodian. He'd blame us rather than taking ownership.There's much more but thats my overall summery.
