I was At a near by mechanic shop discovered a bad bolt . walked to fastnal to buy a bolt instead of waiting couple hours for factory bolt, was told no can’t sell unless I had an account. We only sell to businesses. So instead of helping a resident in need in the city in which they do business in they choose to say ‘ we can’t help you ‘ what a terrible way to represent
