I used to come here all the time for random parts or tooling I needed for my company. Ever since Covid-19 rolled around they've basically shut their store down and don't answer their phone unless you are spending at least $50. Prices are outrageous but it used to be worth going to if I needed something I didn't have in my shop in a pinch.
Was in need of a specialty fastener. Drove to the store to find a big sign stating you need a minimum order of $50. So 45 minutes of my time wasted. I'll get them from McMaster-Carr.
