I can’t get anyone to answer my calls.
So, I called them to see if they could machine a small engine head for me. Jacob answered and said they couldn't but he took my information and said he would do some research for me. He called me back and had a list of places I could call. I'm blown away. I hope they know what a great employee they have. That's the old school business mentality that's been lost, for the most part, these days. I called like eight other places and no one would even talk to me past my first question.
