Bad business... I brought a bolt in to show them and told them I was looking for an oversized version of that same bolt because the ones I had were stripped out in the metal framework the went into . They ended up ordering me the same exact size bolt instead of an oversized bolt and when I tried to return it, they said they would not take them back. I had bought $85 worth of bolts that were the wrong size and it was their fault for ordering the wrong size. I spoke with the manager and even he would not help me out. I won't e... read more
