I'm not going to pretend to know everything that this company/store offers, but if you need a bolt, screw, security fastener, etc with very specific measurements (more than likely Lowe's/Home Depot doesn't carry it)...this is the place to go. We needed a security fastener for a step & repeat after one was lost & it had to match the other one perfectly to secure the step & repeat. Not open to the public. You have to call a phone number that they have posted on the front door and they will tell you (with attitude) wether they have what you looking for or not.
Great customer service by Jacob Beck. Always looks to put the customer first to ensure their satisfaction. Even if it's not in the store they will source if for you. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fasteners or industrial supplies.
