I had been on the hunt for an exact kind of screw and visited all the big box stores to no avail. I spoke with Nick and he let me know that—even though they were closed to the public during Covid-19—someone could meet me in the parking lot and help me out. Moments later, I was leaving with the three screws I needed and they wouldn't even accept payment. If you don't have an account, don't bother.
Staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Never going with this company ever again.
