Called for some stainless washers and the guy on the phone had a really bad attitude. On top of that, I had to have an account with them, it had to be a business account, then I had to set it up with them online...bla, bla, bla, bla... making everything super complicated, unproductive, and not conducive...not sure why you would make it so difficult for your customer to give you money and take your product...simple process. Awful customer service. They know it's so bad they mark their yelp as a closed business to get the bad reviews wiped and start over again.
