I have used Fastenal for many years, for many different things. Including all my needs for medium quantities of bolts, hand tools, and consumables. I also had been using them for shipping crates across the country from one Fastenal to another. Today I called to find out the availability of some bolts, and I was told "I'm sorry, but if you don't have an account we can't help you". THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME so I will be going elsewhere from now on, including using someone else for my shipping needs. S... read more

I work for a Creative Bus Down the street from these guys, They ALWAYS take the time to help me out and find what i need. If they don't have it they try to get it for me same or next day.
