6/29/2021 I was told that all parts must be ordered online but in this situation I was needing a nut for a commercial light pole so I called to get assistants on what I was to order. The gentlemen that answered the phone at the Prairie View Rd location told me he couldn't help me and for me to walk into Home Depot to find my part. Wow, so much for customer service.
