Our shop is literally one block away from this location. I’ve been to this Fastenal about 8 or 9 times and NEVER walked out with anything I needed or happy. It seems the employees would rather give me all the reasons the can’t help or find the fasteners I need without even looking on the computer or catalog or anything. Today against my better judgment I came in with a fastenal bag with part numbers to replace a bolt with thread damage and was told they couldn’t get it again without researching or even trying.
