Always great service
I stopped using Fastenal a while back because they never have anything useful in stock. Unless you need a bag of 100 screws, they typically don’t break down packages. I know it’s not a hardware store, but I could definitely serve walk in traffic, like me, much better until I need to buy a large amount of something. Now it’s even worse because they’ve closed off the aisles of hardware you used to be able to walk through and decide what you need.
