Wanted to buy a copy of a tool they have at work. The one I got was out of tolerance by comparison. likely the supplier isn't paying attention. store is weird, shelves are awkward and not designed for actual public to browse. store seems to be an afterthought. had to wait to be assisted but not a long time. all in all it's a strange experience and if you're looking for customer service, this prolly ain't the place for you. if you are a business owner with a shop, this might be the place for you
Needed 50 large bolts to complete a job at the Richardson ethanol plant they had what I needed good place to go
Called looking for some materials and although they didn't carry what I needed, lady on the phone was super friendly!
I you like getting greeted with a stare down, then rudely interacted with the entire transaction this is your place! If you like empty shelves and having the items you asked for thrown on the counter with angst, this is your place. The front desk lady clearly hates hates her simple job.
