Very helpful, had everything I needed. They had a piece of one of the very large bolts that was used I believe on the Golden Gate bridge, and it was almost the size of my arm. Very cool, and also very friendly staff. Clean store, and if I need anything else I will definitely be making another trip here.
Very unorganized. Not very customer oriented. Had an order for weeks at there facility then claimed it wasn't there. Then it was there. Had to reschedule multiple times to redo measurements and for scheduling conflicts on their end. Brought the wrong labels for the storage units. Overall it seemed like there was either extreme miscommunication in their offices or a lack of care.
