I've been an employee for several months now and freakin love it. Everybody is so kind and considerate. When I am having a bad day my co-workers always encourage me to do my best and make me feel better. The energy around here is absolutely amazing!! I'm learning a lot about our product but more about having integrity and giving the best possible customer service. Usually good place to go to find certain things that I can't find @ the hardware stores & usually very helpful, but whoever was working the service counter today was the worst & rudest costumer service I have ever gottin ANYWHERE. Some older guy w/ glasses wearing a beanie cap, said his name was Matt.
