Excellent customer service today. Retail side of things was exceedingly helpful. Highly recommended.
I have called this store on several different occasions. I have spoke to a young man named Carmen only to be laughed at on the phone. He has mocked me and hung up on me three times. I spoke to another representative at the Fastenal store and I can here him making fun of me in the background. It is just despicable.
