Very helpful and patient.
I can buy tool's i need that i can't buy anywhere else in Harrsonville cuz they don't have good tool's. If they have the tools i need at all. So i go to Fastenal first, if they don't have it they will be happy to order it for me.
we love these guys, they work hard and are happy to order it for you if they do not have it in stock. they do a really good job with getting us what we need SUPER fast. they are always friendly and ready to help.
Austin Murray is right! I took his advice and started going to Fastenal for a lot of my shop needs and have been pleased each time. If they don't have it they are happy to get it ordered for you. With several distribution centers around the country and their own trucks, product moves around quickly and efficiently. Give them a shot!
Some of the best customer service out there! I highly recommend anyone needing any sort of fastener, tool, safety equipment, etc. to go see the guys at Fastenal. They do a great job and can usually get just about anything you need!
