Been trying to set an "appointment" for 2 days now to pick up an order that emailed ready for pick up and cant get any response. 1st guy told me i had to call to set up appointment cant just walk in. When i called 2nd guy told me call back in 15 min that he couldn't set appointments. I have now called 10 times over 2 days with no answer.
Showed up at 7am to get emergency fine thread bolts. Waited till 730 when they opened watched 3 employees at minimum go in walked to the door it says they are closed. What I assume is a manager outside says no employees all sick today. Yet I was there had been waiting with bolt in hand and there was employees there I watched them. Service at its best
