Steve and Henry gave an awesome customer experience. They are one of the few Fastenal stores in our area that choses to service walk in customers and I am very thankful for their willingness to help me find the bolt I was looking for. I called first and they were very happy to keep looking for solutions that would work best for me. It was a small order, but they didn't act like it was a small thing to them. I would order from them again without question. Thank you, Steve and Henry!
If you dont have an account with them you have to order online instead? Who's the brilliant scientist that came up with that?
great service and super fast
