I went in needing a very odd metric fastener for a piece on my old motorcycle. Two guys spent 15 minutes together first rifling the store for ideas, then with calipers and online search came up with an idea to order. All of this to sell a 2 dollar part. Awesome customer service!
Door was open, heard voices in the back. Found what I needed to buy and was ready to pay for it. Waited 10 minutes, nobody came out from the back. Door makes an audible sound when someone opens it. Won't waste my time here again
