Fastenal is an industrial supply chain partner. This location serves as a customer fulfillment center. They only keep stock of items going into a Fastenal Managed Inventory Program or items that have been ordered through Fastenal.com. Fastenal still believes in growth through customer service.

I am a small shop that requires hardware and Fastenal is 2 blocks from us. We will call multiple times, and no one will answer phone, will go by and door is locked even though hours on door say they are open and you can see employees walking around in there no one will acknowledge you are calling and knocking on door. Back doors are open and employees are sitting in back not working and you kindly tell them you need to buy some hardware from them. No longer provide over counter service. Hard to order online if you don't know the size you need. I've spent 3 hours trying to find bolts. With no luck.
