Ordered desperately needed hardware. When I drove 30 minutes off site with labor standing by they fastenal tells me they sold it to another customer. Horrible service.
5,14,19 they are not open or sale to the public. Wholesale only. Helpful service anyhow, they had an oddball spacer that I needed.
