I called looking for help on a previous order placed. The woman who answered the phone was horribly rude and hostile, I have never experienced someone more unprofessional in my life. Terrible customer service when simply asking for help on locating a receipt.
Went in looking for a few piece of hardware for a little project. I just told the guy what I was looking for and he picked it all out for me so I was a helpful and quick process. The prices were great too got a whole bag of nuts and washers that would’ve been a lot more at ace.
Came in looking for a small quantity of obscure metric bolts and cage nuts. Staff working were incredibly helpful with a great attitude. They identified and ordered replacement parts for me. This is the way to do business
