in general, Fastenal has just about everything anybody needs for professional fasteners. They didn't have what I wanted but they were very helpful trying to find one of their stores that did have it.

This location closes earlier than their advertised hours. I showed up at 4:50 on a Wednesday, and the employees were long gone. I knocked and double checked the door but it was locked and no one answered. It made me late for a meeting that I wasted time to go by. I contacted their corporate office and the manager, Brian, claimed the door sticks, the employees were inside just closed the business up. Extra star for the customer service. I went in during normal business hours, they immediately asked what I was looking for, I let them know, and left with what I was looking for. Easy. Thanks!
