Showed up to find some hardware for work, like I've done hundreds of times at other Fastenal stores, and was told about half a dozen times that the store isn't open to the public. Our company has an account with at least 1 Fastenal store. But the associate that was working decided to tell me we didn't have an account with them without even looking in the system. I show up to pick up a pallet jack that was ordered for me and the doors are locked. I'm in the parking waiting. The store opens at 7am, it's now 7:11am and no one is here.

A fastener place down the street refused to help me at all. I went here and these guys were super helpful in finding me a certain bolt that I couldn't find anywhere else.
