I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I’ve wasted so much time trying to depend on this establishment. After waiting 6 weeks for an order that was promised to take no more than 2, I learned the employee I worked with to place my specialized order for bolts was placed incorrectly and the wrong items were sent. I won’t be going back.
