My family and I love the Fastenal in Jacksonville! My husband always sends me there to pick up parts for him. I AlWAYS ask for Lauren, she's so helpful and has the best attitude of any employee! I usually don't know what I'm looking for because I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to parts of any sort but she always points me in the right direction and gets me in and out of store satisfied in no time!
