Placed order for bolts that were not in stock (Placed order in store).(Bolts for my warn hubs) Supposed to recieve call when they came in (approx5-7days). Waited over 3 weeks, no call. Stopped in today as the store was on an unusual work route today. No bolts, no order placed, back to square one. I was offered to take my order again... HAHAHA. No accountability and mismanagement, not to mention pretty difficult to spot the store in the industrial neighborhood. When I was in store 1st time, they had to order online... which I... read more
