I can't believe I have to give a star in order to review. Fastenal in general is a difficult company to deal with. This location is worse. It has a history of providing abysmal customer service. Do yourself a favor and and avoid it at all cost.

I located the Lags that I needed here that I couldn't get anywhere else without ordering them first. Brian was very helpful and I'll definitely be back, thank you
